Whisper and GPT-4o transcription models to shut down February 26, 2027

whisper-1, gpt-4o-transcribe, gpt-4o-mini-transcribe, gpt-4o-transcribe-diarize and the /v1/audio/translations endpoint will be removed on February 26, 2027. Replacements are gpt-live-transcribe or gpt-transcribe.
