OpenAI reported a ChatGPT desktop app bug blocking new Work threads for about 6 and a half hours

OpenAI said people on the latest ChatGPT desktop app could not create new ChatGPT Work threads, and the company marked it as a partial outage. A fixed app version was released for Linux, macOS and Windows. It's resolved.
