Copilot model access now follows the organization that pays for your usage

For users with Copilot seats in more than one organization, model access is now decided only by the billing organization. Before, a model was usable if any of the organizations enabled it. Access that comes entirely through an enterprise is unchanged.

Copilot users with seats in several GitHub organizations.

What to do:

Check which organization is listed under Usage billed to if a model disappeared.
