Shared automations are visible to everyone with repository read access and billed to the repository owner instead of the creator. They are rolling out on Copilot Pro, Pro+, Max, Business, and Enterprise plans.

What to do:
Org admins should enable the cloud agent billed to the organization policy to allow shared automations.
