Copilot Business and Enterprise seats billed upfront for card and PayPal customers

New Copilot Business and Enterprise seats require payment before access. From October 1, 2026, existing card and PayPal customers are charged upfront for assigned seats at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are unchanged.

Who is affected:
Copilot Business and Enterprise customers paying by credit card or PayPal.
What to do:
Check seat assignments before your next billing cycle starts.
