OpenAI reported degraded ChatGPT app connections using CIMD for 51 minutes

Some ChatGPT app connections failed when connecting a new app or refreshing an existing connection, which OpenAI said affected the Connectors/Apps feature. The authentication metadata endpoint is available again. It's resolved.
