OpenAI reported elevated errors across ChatGPT, Codex and the API for about 5 and a half hours

Some requests failed across ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, the OpenAI API including the Agents API, and ChatGPT Work. OpenAI said some users also had trouble logging in or signing up, and some tasks did not complete. It's resolved.

Who is affected:: People using ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, OpenAI API and ChatGPT Work while it lasted.
What to do:: Retry any request that failed during the incident.
