Claude Agent SDK starts in default permission mode on third-party providers

In TypeScript SDK 0.3.302, a session that does not set permissionMode starts in default mode on third-party providers when telemetry is off or on a fresh install. Passing permissionMode 'auto' keeps auto mode.

Apps built on the TypeScript Claude Agent SDK that run on third-party providers and leave permissionMode unset.
What to do:
Set permissionMode explicitly if your agent relies on auto mode.
